Good food, slow service, parking big issue. I would recommend going, but be prepared to wait

Ordered and paid online. Food was ready when collected 20 minutes later. Had chicken kothu parota, which came with sambar and onion raita, paneer & potato masala dosa with sambar and 2 chutneys and medu vada, with chutney and sambar. All were absolutely delicious, and large portions for a good price. Highly recommended.

Foods really nice. Authentic Indian/Tamil. The staff are also really nice and friendly. Cash only! We had to wait a bit for a table but our fault for not calling ahead, especially at 8pm.

Plus points: pricing, location and space.One cannot pre book a table here, this can lead to summer difficulties especially when they're are small kids or elderly in the group. I would give some benefit of doubt for delayed service as since dinners before us had waited nearly 2 hrs to get their food on the table. Again this highlights the problems of no option of pre booking table. Waiters are friendly and needed some experience in my opinion.Food quality needs improvement. Our party liked idli, devils paneer and butter milk. Chicken drum sticks were slightly sweet! Gobi 65 needed more flavour. Naans felt pre frozen stuff. The amount of chutneys, sambar with idlis and dosas given is less than generous.

Ordered chicken 65 and biryani. Service was quick and tastes well. Finally we got an authentic Indian restaurant in Derby.

Good atmosphere, Good place to eat food, presentation of food is very beautiful,the staff's is maintained & handle the concerns of the people who buy food.

This place is a nice addition to Derby’s South Indian food offer. We went for lunch, the dosa’s were large, plentiful,and nice. The special chicken curry was just above average for a curry and the chicken was dry and scarce. The tandoori roti was nice and the service was very good. A real good range of food on offer on the menu. I look forward to going back soon to explore the other options. Not happy about the £1 extra charge for the butter on the Roti!!!

I visited the grand opening and the food was absolutely delicious.. So I decided to pay a visit when the restaurant's open for serving customers.. I tried to call them but the call wouldn't go through! Upon arrival I found out they only do cash and that was a disappointment as I didn't carry my physical card! However we managed to get it sorted! The management team was really helpful in that!I had both dine in and take out! I loved the customer service.. The food was not that great maybe even the quantity for the price.. My ordered item came in a dish and about a third to half portion of the plate was empty and I was sooo disappointed with that.. Additionally, it was too salty so I asked them to replace it. The replaced item arrived tasting better.. (maybe it was the item I ordered)Service was overall good.. The only issue is I'm not able to call them or even order takeaway or delivery! And they have advertised on just eat and other delivery services.. That's a lil disappointing!And the food quality has been improving since my first visit... Tastes better!
