Had my Q5 serviced at Carlisle Audi and it was a good day. Warm and welcoming staff both from sales and service.I was well looked after while I waited for the service to be carried out.Everything was great and the car was washed and vacuumed at the end of the service.I will definitely get the car serviced there next time.A truly good experience

A very helpful team both front of house (I won't name names on public forum but the worksheet has the info) , including the tech mechanic who took me through the detail of the issue. This was big job and hours of work - and eye-watering expensive but there is peace of mind that this has been carried out by dealership where the vehicle has been purchased and cared for throughout and will have used Audi approved parts. I was offered the Bumper scheme to cover a payment plan which I have taken up. This really helps, thank you.

Great service as my battery was faulty and just out of warranty Carlisle Audi replaced as a good will gesture they even collected my car which was a great help as I had work commitments it came back all washed and valeted. Thank you Carlisle Audi great customer service
