DOES THIS COMPANY EVEN EXIST?? I have been reaching out via email , calls for the past 3/4 weeks enquiring about several properties being listed by this agency but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE !! and when they do they say they're not the letting and take your details down, my details have been taken 4 times yet still no communication. What appalling service. I understand it can get busy , but 4 weeks to remind to an enquiry? Very disappointing. Improve the communication for future customers

Worst housing association on this planet! I’d give them minus stars if possible. Can never get a hold of them! Their phone lines are never available!

Very unprofessional company. Staff almost NEVER answer the phone. It’s Is impossible to get hold of them in an emergency. Haven’t had had hot water in the property for almost two weeks. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 6 months. Cold showers let to my father catching pneumonia and spending for days in hospital on a ventilator. Hot water issues for the last 6-8months

I found an apartment with them which i wanted and unfortunately couldnt get it as a result of referencing. However, i am entitled to a full refund of my holding fee as this was not my fault and wasnt my decision to leave the contract. As a matter of fact i tried everything to make it work. Applying for my refund, they have offered me only £90 out of £317. I sent them proof of why i have the tight to a full refund and they have ignored both my calls and emails. Please avoid at all cost. They are a big scam!

Red Door Ventures have been nothing but helpful in my process of renting from them and also leaving my tenancy. Olivia is always around for a phone call and always works with me come up with the best solution. I have been renting for 5 years now and I have not had a better experience dealing with landlords than with Olivia, she is a superstar and credit to a wonderful team! pretty shocking how bad this company is and judging by the reviews this is literally an ongoing issue. will be reporting to rightmove and any other third party website they exist on as during a housing crisis this should not be allowed to continue. from not answering calls or replying to emails to taking peoples deposits and holding fee's. literally scamming in the open. can't even believe google are showing it as a 4 star review showing botted / employee reviews. insanity.

I’ve been living in London on and off for the past five years, and I’ve rented through various agencies - Red Door Ventures is the first company that have a highly professional team who take good care of their prospect tenants. When I first got in touch with them I immediately noticed their level of service and efficiency. The team took their time in explaining their process from start to finish – they were transparent and honest from the get go, and in my opinion, this made my experience with them very pleasant from the start. I have had a wonderful stay since I moved into the property – whenever there’s been maintenance work I’ve always been informed well in advance, and if I’ve ever had an issue the team has been there to assist. I would recommend Red Door Ventures to anyone looking for a trustworthy letting agency.

The worst estate agents I’ve ever come in contact with - according to their voicemail, every call made is out of there office hours. They’re email responses are sluggish and unprofessional. When I finally got a viewing, instead of the agent showing us around the different flats and speaking us through them , he just sent me around the building with the other potential tenants . lazy and improper. If you come across a house assigned to this agency - you might as well scroll past because these lot won’t get you sorted

Red Door are always available to deal with any problems stress free that you probably wouldn’t get with a private landlord. Since we are renting for the first time we had a lot of questions but our experience with Kara and Olivia at Red Door was / is great and they are happy to answer any (perhaps stupid) questions from us. Cannot fault the company at all and would highly recommend.

Fantastic company! We have just moved into our apartment in Plaistow and we are very impressed. It is wonderfully bright, light and spacious, as well as being affordable. Olivia has been a great source of contact and has addressed any questions we have. It was a lovely touch receiving a welcome hamper full of snacks and essentials for moving into a new place! We will definitely be recommending Red Door Ventures to all of our friends.
