Absolutely fantastic service. Neil was able to attend within an hour of me calling. He diagnosed and fixed the problem there and then, giving lots of advice. Price was great. All in all, a superb service from someone with loads of experience and skill. Highly recommend.

Washing machine broke on Sunday. Called them Monday morning. Machine repaired by noon!5 years ago I used A&E to fix the same machine - the work they did then has lasted longer than the machine straight from the box.Now you've fixed my machine again - See you in another 5 years!Fantastic job by Neil. I called to get a quote for repairing a noisily spinning, 8 year old Hotpoint washing machine.He took the details of the fault and the make of the machine over the phone. Said that most repairs can be under £100 but when he came he only took a very brief look underneath but this was really quite performatory as solely due to my explanation of the fault he explained that I'd need to change out the entire tub assembly as Hotpoint don't sell bearing kits.He then whipped out the card machine to take £50 call out charge.I did then look up the replacement part myself and as its £200 alone without labour costs it's essentially beyond economical repair.On balance given that you can only see the bottom of the drum, the pump, the motor and a control board from underneath and we didn't even run a spin cycle for him to hear it himself, with his existing knowledge of that sort of fault plus how Hotpoint provide limited spares it could very easily have been diagnosed as beyond economical over the telephone and thereby avoided a trip, our time and me paying a £50 call out charge.He did take the time to explain how hot washes are necessary to maintain the working of a machine to clean out body and soap deposits which can damage the machine and to avoid overloading washes if you put a lot of heavy towels and bedding in the same wash so I suppose I did get some information on how to better extend the life of a machine, and that modern machines are not really built to be efficiently repaired so I did get some knowledge in exchange for the call out.

Neil & a colleague from this company came today to fix the old washing machine in my rented flat. They identified the problem quickly, fixed it, and also checked over all other aspects of the machine - thankfully spotting a loose hose, that was close to causing a flood, so they rectified that, and they cleaned up the machine.Overall it was friendly & efficient, good old fashioned customer service, and they clearly know what they're doing, and take pride in doing a good job.Highly recommended!

Super quick response right before Jubilee weekend 2022. Came out in 2 hours. Fixed in about an hour, and installed properly! Great job, and very very good advice on how to treat the machine properly, and his suggested brand of washing machine pods too (the company should get sponsorship from them!) Great job done all round! Very happy with the service!

Didn't turn up for the first appointment.Couldn't fix our washing machine for a reasonable price. This was frustrating as I'd explained the problem on the phone (the bearings had gone) so I'd have thought he this advice could have been given over the phone, which would have saved me the £40 call out charge.Turned rude and aggressive as soon as I questioned his advice.

Never had to use this type of service before and couldn't fault them. Arrived within an hour of my call which on a Saturday is amazing. Repair done at their premises (washing machine door handle had snapped off) and it was back on by Monday lunch time.Highly recommend.

Neil provided excellent advice on the telephone. With over 20 years experience he has extensive knowledge. He knew what the problem was without having to visit and I was able to fix the problem with the instructions given which avoided a repair or possible new machine purchase. Therefore I would suggest he is trustworthy. Very helpful and friendly service. I am now more aware or how to look after my machine. Highly recommend.
