Where do I begin, staff are extremely rude and don’t understand the concept of good customer service. Items in this store are faulty and are not in perfect condition yet the staff know this and are hoping you blindly purchase them as they do not offer refunds, however they reassure you that they do before buying. Blatant dishonesty in the month of Ramadan is quite shocking , this store and staff are not to be trusted at all with your hard earned money.

Unpleasant service, would not like any of my fellow brothers or sisters to risk ordering from here. From experience i would recommend using this store for viewing only and placing order online as the store does not accept returns.When i placed order the staff said free returns within 14 days. 3 days later after a huge defect on my jubbah, i returned to the store and they wouldn’t accept returns regardless of the fault. Instead they exchanged it with a used display and worn out jubba. I was given either this option or to keep the damaged one. Unhappy customer after i spent generous amount of money here. Manager was rude and abrupt and did not provide any sort of resolution to meet my needs but yet his own needs. This store is deceiving even in the month of ramadan please be careful!

Prices more expensive in store than online. Sent a family member to collect an item, they overcharged and when they returned 5 minutes later, would not refund the difference. Staff were rude when asking too.

Went yesterday to buy oud for my husband. Had excellent customer service e from young lady miriam. She was so helpful, friendly and polite. She helped me choose the best gift. Every thing in this store is high quality and well presented. Jazakallah

This shop is a high-end top quality Islamic Shop. Selling items from men and women thobes, islamic hats, veils, scarfs, islamic toys, perfume and insects, mugs, wall art and decorations and many more useful products they sell.The quality of the products are top, especially the quality of the clothes. They are in very good condition. The clothes I believe come directly from the suppliers in countries like Syria and Arabia to ensure that the quality of the products are at its standards.They also gave in store sweet shop called Barfia. There sweets are very sweet and they have a completely different selection to choose from. It is very delightful. Price can be a bit expensive! But overall its ok....

I visited the shop with my Mrs on 01/05/22 around 2pmish (day before Eid late shopping as usual).I bought 2 thobes:Blue one = £45Grey one = £35 (the material felt amazing on this one)Shop is a okayish size a few variety for men and women but I guess a lot of stock was bought prior to my visit.They have different designs of thobes for men/boys and abayas for women to simple designs to very fancy designs (there website has much more variety I wll order online now I know my size)The staff on site super friendly and very helpful and smiling.They do topis/hats so you can get the same colour as your thobes and they felt like decent quality as well.Only bad thing is there nothing for young girls but they do have thobes for young boys (not loads of variety but some, I guess they have more online)Price was okay wasn't too expensive and the material feels quality.I would recommend my family and friends to visit the shop once and have a look around if not they can measure up and order online.Another thing I noticed on my receipt was that you can get refunds it stated only exchanges.They also do perfumes and tasbih and Islamic art works/items but since I was in a rush I didn't look too much at them.Parking is pain as you can't park in the front of the shop as it on a main road you have to find parking in the street behind the shop (I didn't want to risk leaving my car on double yellows even on a Sunday).

Not a good shop! Bought some expensive honey from this shop and after just walking out the shop and realising it is much cheaper online they did not let me return it! I did not even open it and not even 2 minutes since the purchase. Do not buy from this shop or its chains. Cheaper online. Not good service especially for such an Islamic shop.

Don’t recommend this shop for thobes. Cant get a refund on clothes with a defect on them when they state you’re eligible for a refund. Disappointing behaviour in the month of Ramadan.
