They advise that my two bracelets would be fixed in the next 2 weeks, it was ready before and it was cheaper than what they announce. The bracelets look great even though they were really thin and hard to work with. The staff is really friendly.

This is a wonderful jewellery shop that offer very skilful repairs. The staff is very knowledgeable. I had a repair done and it was recommended to re model the lock. They did a fantastic job. The lock looks like it always belonged to the bracelet. I have had work done by one of the famous jewellers from Bond street and I must say that this jeweller is far better in all aspects. I would say that even if you are not local I would recommend to try to work with this jeweller as the staff takes great pride in their work and offer a superior service for a fair price.

Paul is an incredibly welcoming and charming man. I regularly come to Barnes Jewellery as they have the best selection of unique jewellery and the service cannot be faulted. Having recently come out of chemotherapy, Paul helped me design a necklace to celebrate beating cancer. He was patient enough to hear out my many ideas! I have not been disappointed and wear it every day. Thank you so much Paul!

What fantastic service. I went in expecting to have to drop off my watches for new batteries and collect the following day. But I was pleasantly surprised a) to be asked to come back in 30 minutes and b) with the realistic price quoted, having been quoted almost double the previous day by a retailer in Hammersmith. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and charming. This is what retail customer service is all about and, living locally, I was really pleased to be able to support a Barnes retailer. Highly recommend!

As I live in barnes with the rest of my family we have used them on a few occasions and each time were met with unpleasant service and extortionate prices. I would not recommend and I will not be using their services again.

We needed some jewellery valuing for insurance and Paul very kindly did it on the same day for us; (some other local jewellers had quoted weeks) and cleaned everything up so it looked brand new! He was lovely to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in future for any repairs etc. So happy to have found such a great place locally - just what I’ve been looking for and need.

We cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a brilliant job at building a ring for us, based on a classic engagement ring, and were very receptive to us sourcing and providing the stone. They were a delight to deal with, professional and very good value. We will certainly be coming back.

I have had several interactions with Barnes Jewellery over the past few months, from creating my bespoke wedding band to fit my engagement ring, to cleaning and dipping my white gold rings and maintaining their beauty. Tara and her sister have been absolute stars and always go above and beyond every time to help with my requests and care for my items, and Paul is also a pleasure to deal with! They take great care of the items I bring in and over which new ones to recommend. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
