I had the best experience with my brows with Cassie, she explained every step which was nice to understand what was happening, we choose together colours I wanted and I had a relaxing demo of the new pore collection which felt amazing! I've always been insecure about my eyebrows as I had bad microblading but I feel so confident in myself now thanks to Cassie's skills. I even had loads of compliments after and many people excited to try out the experience. 11/10

Cassie was my brow consultant and I felt I must leave a review following my appointment with her this morning at the Benefit brow bar in John Lewis Southampton store. She is the most helpful, friendly person and does a super job on tinting my quite grey, thinning eyebrows and she has tidied my brows, waxing both them and my top lip. Both horrid jobs to have done, but Cassie is very professional and sensitive to individual needs, an all round great service, thank you Cassie.

I had a great time with Jules today. I went to do my eye brows waxing and tint and the upper lip. She was very pleasant, explained the procedure all throughout and even applied some makeup after to disguise the redness. The most amazing part is that I managed to have an appointment without booking as they were free at the time. Both the employees were amazing with me and my friend.

My Mum & I were offered a mini facial each and I was with Mel for mine. She was very sweet and explained what she was doing at each step and how the products worked. I don't wear makeup (maybe a bit of mascara for a special occasion) so haven't used Benefit products before however I loved the Pore Cleanser so purchased it. Thanks Mel - you did fab!
