R C D Leaflet Distribution

DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS!!!I commissioned rcd for a leaflet campaign in 2015 for my music school in Manchester. I ordered a 10,000 leaflet campaign for fallowfield, going to residential houses only, no businesses.On the date of the campaign they send you pictures of staff delivering your leaflets, and a map of the area served.My campaign went out to the wrong areas, with the map showing towns further away from the area I wanted to advertise to, my leaflets ended up in businesses when I specified houses only (I found this out from a job seeker who found one of my leaflets in a take away) and they sent me images of staff delivering leaflets but my leaflet was on none of the photos, I later found out these were old stock images dated 2012.After a 10,000 leaflet campaign I received not even 1 enquiry from potential customers, I used the same advert I always use and it works fine elsewhere.Avoid this scam company at all costs, really do your research with leaflet companies.

Shocking!!!!! Employee took parcel from letterbox and threw it into rain to make space for his junk mail. Do not use for you leaflet distribution.

This was my last shot at flyer dropping after on and off years of trying with other companies, Nick was very helpful and made things simple and after using them a few times it is working. Reliable and Professional !

Had spent a lot of money on leaflet printing and distribution. Had got the printing wrong in the past, and when given another chance, they didn't distribute them in the correct area. When challenged, their response that they had proof of photos of their distributors, 3 miles away from the main areas required! So they felt that was fine!! When asked if we could collect the residual leaflets, they would not even do that EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR.!! Not even a ONE STAR COMPANY FOR ME, BUT HAD TO GIVE A ONE STAR TO BE ALLOWED TO POST! BE WARNED!!

I decided to go with RCD because they told me they would deliver in the areas that I wanted. When the guy came to pick up my leaflets I explained to him the 4 main housing estates that I wanted them go to, I know several people who live on these estates, no one got a leaflet, no one got any of the leaflets that they delivered that day. When I phoned and questioned this I was repeatedly told that they were, in the end relenting to the old “ I will look into it” as of yet nothing.

We had a leaflet drop carried out 20K leaflets and the response was fantastic. So were booking RCD for another 2 leaflet drops in the coming months.

Dreadful experience with RCD in June 2017. They failed to deliver leaflets to vast parts of the areas they were meant to. We checked and presented evidence of lots of streets that had not been delivered too. They simply denied it. Please be warned - I would never ever use them again! Shoddy and untrustworthy
