Ecosse

We have been using Ecosse for car repairs/maintenance/servicing/ all general care since 2004. We always get a warm welcome from them even though they are up to eyes balls in work. They have always tried to fit us in as soon as possible and always been fair with their prices. They always phone us to let us know the problem and cost before going ahead with the work. Before using Ecosse I didn’t trust garages. I have NEVER had this concern with Ecosse. Ecosse have restored my faith and trust completely. I plan to keep using them for the foreseeable future.

I spoke to Ecosse before deciding to let them look at my 80s VW Camper as they sounded like they knew what they were talking about. Disappointed therefore to write that whilst I wish I could echo some of the reviews previously posted, unfortunately it seems a carburettor fix and fuel line replacement for my VW camper was a step too far for them.£360 for the pleasure of them picking up a (rough but) running van and investigating, then failing to be able to sort so them returning it was an expensive lesson in trusting online reviews and what they told me.Extremely disappointed they had the van for 4 months and what I got back is exactly the same as what I sent. So much for getting it fixed for the summer.Thought for a garage like this the job was straightforward: sort the carb; replace fuel lines. Apparently not.Sadly therefore I cannot recommend what was a wallet busting cost which actually meant the van was returned worse than when it was taken.

Contacted Ecosse to swap over an alcantara steering wheel.Carried out without fuss.Professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable.Your car is in good hands.

Wouldn't let them pick my car up again for a service, came back with 2 dents to the back of a car that I know wasn't there plus had it mot in June and never had they issue's they claim I have, so will take it to another garage to hear what they say so cheers gregg!

Brilliant service from a cracking team. Totally trust the Ecosse team to look after my family's cars. Never been disappointed in the 15 years we've been going to Ecosse. 13 out of 10.

I use here to get work carried out on my cars always reasonable price wise and a first class customer service. Currently away in one of their campervans.

A good garage with friendly staff working well in the crisis. Offer a range of services from service, MOT and body repair. Area is quite busy and could do with a bit more customer parking not helped due to its industrial estate location and snack bar across from it. Customer service was good as has work been done in the past

Exceptionally good service. Straightforward, honest and able to fix a problem that our car manufacturer said would cost three times the time and money.
