I have used Hunters for years, always very pleased with their service

WORSE AGENTS IN WHETSTONE!!Im letting one of their properties. We had no hot water supply for more than 2 months. We had to take off when the new boiler arrived all that drilling work made my house messy. Plus I had to travel to different locations for shower but HUNTERS did not do anything. They are not reliable and I will be taking this matter legally because I wasted 500+ POUNDS for travelling, paid a cleaner to deep clean my house for all the mess they left it behind and took off from work. This issue we had in August but till today's date our room heaters are not working. I would not go for Hunters because they do nothing and NOT HELPFUL.

My experience with Hunters has been absolutely brilliant. They are extremely professional. Their knowledge of the market is impressive and their customer care is simply exceptional. I felt hugely supported every step of the way with my sales transaction. The communication was frequent and informative. I didn’t initially have much knowledge about the process but they made sure that I was fully informed. I felt a little anxious about the whole thing as the market is unpredictable but Luke was great at reassuring me. It was easy to build trust with Robert and Luke and it’s clear that they are passionate about what they do. When dealing with them, you can dispel any myths or stereotypes that exist about dealing with estate agents. They are phenomenal! Their network of contacts is great too. I took their recommendations for a lawyer and a chap who does clearance and I was very happy with who they had recommended. A trouble free and speedy transaction all thanks to them. I really can’t recommend them highly enough!

Luke made the purchase stress free. He remained communicative throughout the whole process, regularly providing us with an update. We’ve dealt with many estate agents over many years and can say with conviction that Luke is one of the best we’ve worked with. Thank you once again!
