This company has the worst customer service I ever seenOne doesn’t know what phonetic alphabet is , the other takes your money and then says ok bye, I told them the customer service is bad and one of them said yes,it is.Most of them won’t understand English properly,it was an even bigger struggle for them to understand my card number and so on, please stay away from this people.I don’t know yet how the glass will look like as they have to process it but I don’t expect it to be perfect.Worst decision ever to buy from them.

I don't think i have ever had such AWFUL customer service in my life. Unprofessional, hopeless, rude, not helpful and arrogant (especially the transport manager). Stay away from them.

Frauds. Their affiliated fitters (apparently also their family) will take your money and run away. Yogesh Siivji is one such midget cretin the nincompoop took our money and disappeared. Stay away.

Very bad customer service and quality of manufacture. I've ordered some laminated and heat-strengthened small size glass samples with 11 mm holes. The panes came with deviation in size and position of the holes with up to 5 mm. The edges were not straight and I couldn't align the holes as prescribed in the project. They came to pick them for revision but said that they're between their tolerance. After more than a week they sent back the same samples. I strongly suggest to avoid their services if you care about precision of the products and have limited time available.

As soon as you’ve had the quote processed and paid the service is rapid, delivered 12hrs later. Front end staff handling quotes and payments were really poor. Struggled understanding my English, said they lost my email but found again so presumably just not actioned. They need to invest in software to quote online instantly and process payments.
