Do not get ur trim here.I Asked for a low fade. Lady shaved half of my sideburns and told me it was finished. The audacity. I asked for more length off the sides, she refused. I asked for more length off the back, she refused. I asked to shape up the temple area, she refused. Rude and disrespectful the whole time, look of rage on her face whole time. I didn’t understand why. Have never experienced this type of discrimination as a customer in my whole life. Walked off and she started calling me ‘wanker’ and other explicit slurs. Do not come here.

Had a haircut and beard trim with Sam who did an absolutely amazing job. I've been to other Barbers before but I have to say Sam is in a different league. Conversation was free flowing all throughout which really added to the overall experience.On asking, was recommended a hair wax and beard balm which are the best I have ever used. Definitely recommended!

They took 22 GBP for a haircut that they didn't do. I had an accident and arrived hour late. Nobody answered the phone when I called. When I arrived I was informed that I won't get refund. I understand it was partly my fault but taking the entire price for service that didn't happen is just sad. Wouldn't recommend reservation with upfront payment (literally a scam)

Took my girls, aged 4 and 8. My girls have really thick curly hair and Emma did a fantastic job of cutting and styling. I was skeptical about my 4 year old cooperating but she was relaxed and put at ease. Emma is very gentle in handling small children. She knows what she is doing and gives right advise that best suits the kids. The place is calm, very clean and maintained. Will really recommend their services not just for adults haircuts but also for kids.

I went to this place during my three years at uni. Emma was the one who looked after my hair and went the extra mile to use the reference image when cutting my hair. She also gave me useful tips on how to style my hair which I still use today. I hope to visit this place in the future when I'm around Leicester and wish the very best for this place!

Definitely the best experience I had in Leicester. Staff was very professional and kind. Service I received was wonderful. Can highly recommend this barber.
