A very bad student service, just trying to scam money from student, very bad experience of studying here. Tutors just read the slides. The school allow tutor to BRIBE, ignore student needs.

I have just come back from a very disappointing experience. I flew to UK on Sunday to start a short course on Monday the 4th, my course was cancelled and the communications sent only 2 weeks ago went to the spam folder. But beside the unlucky email that I did not spot, 2 weeks ago I had already arranged everything to come from Holland to UK. I have been trying to call them the entire morning and no one is picking up the phone, I have been told on Monday when I was there, that I woudl have received a call where someone would have tried to find a solution, after 2 days no one has contacted me. I am extremely disappointed since I was soo looking forward to study here. I really hope to have a compensation for the extremely bad way that everything was managed, money spent, time invested and disappointment.

I am really disappointed with UAL’s service and support. I came to London specifically to study a 6 week Summer course at UAL. Upon arriving in London I receive an email stating that the course has been “unexpectedly cancelled”. With such little notice there was no way to reorganise a similar course for my time in London and now I am left without options for study. Very disappointed, I should never have chosen to study here.

I'm disappointed by the services and support provided by LCC. The acceptance rate of UAL seems strange to me because I believe there are more students than UAL can provide services for. There were over 100 students in my class compared to a class of 30 on a painting course at Camberwell. 100 LCC students (over 3 year groups) had to share one studio space, meanwhile Camberwell students had their own dedicated spaces in their studio. During the lockdown the tutor contact period was ridiculous- 5 minutes of 1 to 1 tutor time per week for a third year student was all we had. Not to mention the fact that we didn't have access to the university itself. If you go to LCC, don't be surprised if you find yourself doing your whole degree alone. I'm only writing a review because my course friends are too jaded by the situation to do so

ATN Cars provide airport transfer services to students at University of the Arts London. Our university student transfer service is popular among international students and parents alike due to the student discount , covid-safe, efficient and reliable private taxi transfer services we offer. It is easy to pick up and drop off passengers at the student residence hall.  Students have said good things about their experience at this university.

Warning - they have atrocious responsiveness for international students. Send you through email portals with terrible customer service.Waiting for actual acceptance in order to get visa because they just won't respond. This means student may be unable to go with all investments already made on the line.

Studying here has given me a perspective as to how much of a sham university is. Students are just money making machines here, not people. My piece of advice is to look at how many graduates end up in art. Don't ask tutors as they will just tell you lots of graduates are in art when in reality most are working jobs for minimum wage with no relevance to their degree or are on Universal Credit for months without any consistent work. The truth is that finding a job in art is hard especially due to the ongoing pandemic. Since the art industry is elitist, the only way of getting a job is having connections and privilege.

Don’t have a clue what they’re doing realistically.

This company designed the media course which many colleges around England use. It's ironic because you can get a qualification in media without knowing how to use a camera. No joke.
