Went there recently to have vasectomy. Nursing staff ok but I had an impression that the surgeon was not fully qualified. He gave me local anaesthetic injection and instead of waiting till it kicks in he started the procedure! He wasn't bothered that I was asking him to wait till the local kicks in. The only thing I got of him was that it's surgical procedure

I went here to terminate a pregnancy after an abusive relationship I fell pregnant in. The nurses were all so sweet and treated me with so much respect and kindness - I'm only 19 and been through alot recently so I'd been up all night worrying but I felt at ease as soon as I walked in (: the procedure was so quick and straight forward I was on my way home in no time after a good laugh in the recovery room.Thank you all of the nurses and the Dr for your help in my difficult time <3

Felt like a conveyor belt system. I had a nurse tell me to stop being so childish because I got upset about the life changing decision that I was just about to make. I was 23 and writing this review at the age of 32. The staff were rude, there was no support and my partner at the time wasn't allowed to join me.

What an experience.I was nervous for 3 months building up to my vasectomy. Soon as I got there I was put at ease. From the receptionist to the surgeon.. all amazing.Spoke to me like I've known them for years.Thanks to all the staff who works there.Would definitely recommend to go here if they want a vasectomy.

So I had the snip done..... Every single person in that building were fantastic. No pressure, no fear due to the swift nature of the process, easy after care and genuinely 24 hours later in off pain relief. I'm not one for a 5 star review and I have no other motive apart from educating others to how great these guys are.

This place is terrible rude staff (not all) but I had a horrendous time with them to the point they scanned me and told me there was no pregnancy left but I knew there was and yes I was right but only found this out once I ended up in hospital and nearly died having to have 2 blood transfusions and emergency op I would tell anyone to stay away from this place , I’m not one to write bad reviews and b so harsh but when this happens to you , you have no choice but to tell people to stay away! And I wouldnt even give them 1 star but had no choice !

Absolutely shocking extremely rude staff one nurse by the name of alex extremely rude very unprofessional spoke to me like i was poo on her shoe knowing my circumstances, i was caused a lot of distress... I think staff training is a must and staff should learn some manors, no one knows whats going on complete and utter shambles! i did not proceed with procedure there! disgraced how i was treated, formal complaint put in please AVOID this clinic at all costs if i was you and travel further a field!!!

Was a very straight forward day, a little disappointed with how I was treated at times. I was taken downstairs for treatment away from my partner/support person and had to sit completely alone for an hour and half. During this time there was no communication. I was meant to have half an hour till I was called in so I was told I could wait a moment before I got changed into my gown. I then asked where the toilet was and I was replied to with why are you not changed

Was very nervous but all the staff were such lovely people and really put me at ease. The doctor who carried out the procedure was very professional but also made me feel comfortable even said I was a star after it was over :) !

The Dr. Is amazing. The nurses are very great at their job. I was scared in the beginning, but the nurses took my fear away. The best surgery I ever had. Very professional and very nice. I can only recommend this Dr. Thank you and much respect.
