Probably the best coffee in Renfrew area, until coffee jam appeared in Renfrew town centre. My son and myself had two coffees, which came to £7, to which I think is very expensive, as coffee jam is £1 less, and there’s a smile. Manageress with red hair in Nero, has a face like a cancelled holiday, and any time I’ve been in here, I’ve never once see her smile. On top of that, the furniture at the front of their cafe, needs a refurbishment, as ave seen better leather couches in a skip bucket. I will not be in a hurry to go back, as a smile goes a long way, but ruined with a long a grumpy face.Cheer up , and smile. It cost nothing.

Still my favourite chain but this location needs a deep clean/revamp. The chairs and sofas are in a bad way! I like the spacious feel, the apricot pastries and the tea. Service rarely has a smile and can be very slow but I just like the vibe...

Cant comment on the food, I only dropped in for a latte and a read... This proved impossible, as the music being played was diabolical and way too loud!.. It consisted of some no mark screeching Ah-ha yay hay

Maybe everyone was taking shelter from the rain, but this branch of Caffe Nero was particularly busy when we visited. The staff coped well, however, and were helpful and quick when the line had moved and it was my turn to be served. I ordered our favourite cold brews and despite the bustling atmosphere, we even managed to get a seat.

Nice place for a quick refreshment from our road trip. We were here during the non peak hours. The place was clean and there was no queue, service was quick and the coffee was was good.

Very relaxed and comfortable place to meet for coffee. There is also a good selection of pastry; cakes and muffins. Not so much choice for those who must go gluten-free. Very helpful staff who will deliver drinks etc to the table. Big help to me in a wheelchair. It’s a bit tight for space at the entrance to get the chair past the drinks queue, but great coffee makes it back to the five stars for me.November 2018; dozens of visits have gone by, and really it’s still five-star coffee and food! The staff here are friendly, efficient and very competent. Same little bottleneck as you pass the till and the service point. However, in the main, the customers can be accommodating. Chocolate Brownie oh yes!

Sorry to say their customer service is rubbish, I ordered hot chocolate and white chocolate mocha the girl working their seems unhappy and doesn’t know how to behave with customers. She hardly bother about serving I was really surprised for the first time, my Friend literally said they should have at least minimum knowledge about customer service. But yeh their cafe decoration was nice (inside-outside). Drinks was quite good, wanted to order some cakes but after experiencing bad customer service didn’t bother to order anymore.

Popped in for some drinks and cake on a shopping trip, the younger girl serving was lovely and helpful. However, there was another staff member there making drinks and she moaned that the girl serving us had taken an order for cold drinks, she then said 'if anyone else asks for the cold then just tell them we have no ice'. She proceeded to make our drinks and put them on the tray without so much as a bit of eye contact. When another person came behind me to order a cold drink she shouted to the girl serving 'Tell her we've no ice', in front of the customer. Bearing in mind we went in at around 6.30pm, it doesn't close until 9pm and they had already closed off half of the shop for cleaning. There was a hoover out across the comfy seats inside so you couldn't sit there, it was as if they were trying to close early. Not the best customer service, we sat outside for about 1 hour and not 1 person even ventured out the door to clear tables.

Enjoyed a coffee and bite to eat here at lunchtime. Surprised we got a seat. First timers here, but will use again. Friendly staff and plenty on duty behind the counter so the wait isn't so bad
