Ordered the food @15:30 asked about it @15:50And got a very rude answer you can see we are busy in the shop which was said in a very rude manner by a young man named Kaif he gets a 0 out of 10 for customer service and just didn’t care. Upon asking if this place is a fast food was told yes it is still waiting it’s been half an house no sign of the food and all I have ordered is just two plain chicken burgers. I am attaching the image of the receipt and the time am getting my food

The only reason this place got 2 stars is the food which was good quality, otherwise the worst customer service in a long time. We choose to eat in and when we went upstairs the place was filthy. No one cleaned the tables, seating or floor. After 20 minuted of waiting our food was ready to collect. We spend over an hour in this place and not once anyone came to clean the tables or the area. The was food on the floor, tables and seats.

Went there last night and thoroughly enjoyed our food and our little one liked her toy gift and the colouring that they have made available for kids.We ordered triple wooper and a mixed chicken and beef wooper. Ordered chicken meal for the little one.Ordered Vanilla milk shake, 7up mojito and chocolate milk shake.Thoroughly enjoyed all of our food. Ended up paying just over £24, which wasn’t so bad eitherWould definitely go back.

Food was absolutely rubbish. Do not eat here. The meat smelt so bad. Only thing that was ok was the chips. Spent £30 on rubbish. *Update* definitely got food poisoning! This will be reported to FSA

I ordered some food for my wife it was 30 mins late cold and it looks like some one had drunk the milkshake tried calling a few time but the number on Google I was told is the office next door and the 707070 number is aswell
