I have used this laundrette for over a year. The staff is fantastic and they always do a great job with my laundry. I fully recommend the washing/drying as that is all that I have used.They also provide ironing and comforter cleaning, but I cannot speak to how well those services are performed...yet. Best price of the three places I have tried. Uncharacteristically courteous staff for the UK.

First time going there. Assistant was helpful, and cost was very reasonable. She even offered me laundry detergent. I would recommend to others.

Went in on a time crunch with a lot of laundry and Lorraine was incredibly helpful. She helped get us sorted out in record time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Reasonable prices as well.

Service is very hit and miss. Sometimes you have a good day where you can leave your things to be dried and pick it up that same day but today I was not pleased with service. Walked in to see that there was obviously a large amount of cleaning and drying being done for a catering business, but then myself as a local customer got turned away as they were too busy. The lady working there was very rude and this is not the first time we have experienced this unwelcoming service from this person. I now have a large bag of wet washing with nothing to do with it.

Fantastic little place. Been using them since 2019 and always excellent service and friendly and polite staff. They work flipping hard and are often in work out of hours trying to ensure everyone's washing is sorted. Can't fault them.

This is a very good laundrette right in Lincoln. Lots of machines and dryers and the lady who works here will help or wash and fold for you. Would give six stars if I could!

This lovely laundrette was the quickest and easiest to use. The washers (although slightly pricey) work perfectly and the lady in the shop was happy to help with it. It seems as though many people use this frequently and so will I! It cost £4.20 for a super wash in a large machine if that helps anyone :)

Excellent service and great prices. Helped me out a couple of times this week already and always welcoming and helpful. Wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else and they do large quilts too for a reasonable price.
