We are so happy that we chose Lee and John to do our garage conversion. Being first-time home-owners, this was our first time doing major works and not knowing any builders personally made us nervous. We really took our time to research local companies in Norfolk with experience in garage conversions.From start to finish, Lee and John have been amazing and we felt in safe hands with them. Not only are they genuinely lovely guys but they were transparent on time-frames and cost, offered up some great ideas that we hadn't thought of and really went above and beyond on our project. All of the tradesmen they work with are extremely professional also and also all did an excellent job.They converted our garage into a stunning new kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the finish. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work and we are already looking to book them in for another project! I also love that they are a family business. Highly recommend them.

We started with a dark, dull, characterless garage full of junk and are now happily enjoying the modern, spacious, light, warm studio that has been created by Lee, John and their team. They quickly understood our requirements and were effectively partners with us for the whole process of garage conversion and fitting a new kitchen. Lee and his team provided a high end standard of workmanship for our garage conversion. They were very hard working, friendly yet professional, and extremely tidy, always clearing up after a day’s work. We are totally happy with the end result. Lee and his team did a great job on the garage conversion. They listened to our wishes and were prepared to change ideas as the project developed. Attention to detail was evident with the brickwork and the finishing. They were punctual and tidy throughout, often working later than expected. They were sensitive to the situation in the middle of the pandemic which was exemplified by the rental of a Portaloo, therefore minimising their contact with us in the house. Considerate gestures such as that were much appreciated. We would recommend Lee to anyone looking to carry out similar projects.

Quality of the work was fantastic, and even though there were many hidden issues from the original garage build many years ago through no fault of Lee, he overcame every issue with no fuss and turned it into a brilliant living room for our family. A year ago we had decided on converting our garage into a Studio as our art had completely taken over one of our bedrooms and we realised we needed more space.We didn’t know of any local builders at the time, so scanned the local adverts and looked at the reviews.We were impressed with the good reviews that had been written about Lee and his Dad John but at the same time was nervous about hiring a team we didn’t know anything about.We needn’t have worried though because from the first time we met Lee he was polite and knowledgeable and gave good advice and always kept the appointments he made with us.From the first day Lee and his team started work we were impressed. They were always polite, extremely tidy, clearing up and leaving the site as clean as they found it each day and above all were respectful of us and our property.The quality of the work was of the highest standard, even to the point of saying that Lee and his Dad are perfectionists.Early on we had a problem with the existing building but Lee quickly advised us and arranged for the appropriate work to be carried out, organising it so it didn’t delay the progress in any way.We now have a beautiful bright airy warm space to continue our art work.We would without a shadow of doubt recommend Norfolk Garage Conversions and the Father and Son team of Lee and John.Alan and Kate Moss.

It was my first time to do major works like this and I was worried about how it would go, but Lee was so helpful from the start and explained everything every step of the way, and did all the paperwork for us. I felt the finish advertised were very much in keeping with I wanted - I have not been disappointed. Our garage has been beautifully converted and to an extremely high finish.Lee has been the consummate professional.
