Billy and his team were incredibly responsive and put themselves out to ensure the flooring was laid throughout our bungalow in a very short timescale to enable us to achieve our moving in date. The advice, service and level of workmanship, the materials used and the finish totally exceeded our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Floors R Us for any flooring work.

Great job by Billy and Vince. Wow, it's great to get such an efficient service nowadays. Had my own flooring to do 3 bedrooms so called floors R us for an install quote of which Billy came round to have a look on the same day, yes you heard right, on the same day. On agreement (which was better than other quotes) they were around the next day. Two days later all done. Billy and Vince squeezed out every last drop of flooring I had creating a wonderful flooring. They also removed and took away the old carpet at a great price. They're very helpful especially as had two electric beds which weighed a ton to shift around. They cleaned up afterwards and left leaving as other reviews have stated another happy customer.

I cannot recommend this company high enough. They were absolutely fabulous to deal with ( thank you Billy) they were so much better than some of the high street carpet companies who really were inflexible and did not offer customer service.I live in Madrid, Floors R Us accommodated my schedule to meet me , after fitting the carpets they went the extra mile and hovered everything as I was not in the country.Wonderful company to deal with would highly recommend anyone who needs flooring to contact them.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Floors R Us. Nothing was a problem and all the work on my mums laminate floor was carried out speedily and professionally. They didn’t mind removing the old carpet or moving furniture and ensured it was all put back tidily. My mum is really happy with her new floor and as she is disabled and housebound it needed to be completed quickly , which it was.
