Very rude to the children talking to them in a disrespectful way. Very abrupt and hurrying the children out of the shop not giving the younger ones time to choose items. When addressed the way my child was spoken to I was asked if I don't like it to shop elsewhere in a very rude manner. Disgusting behaviour towards paying polite customers.

Have a Vast range of products very clean and recieved a warm greeting on entry. Will use again.

Great staff and friendly place. Get collections here frequently though at times they can treat you in a shorthanded manner.

Rude lady in there, seemed like she was on a mission to piss me off just so she could continue her phone call without me in the shop. Just not a nice person.

I know that a lot of shops only allow a couple of schoolchildren in at one time but when the lady is doing this she shouldn't be stopping Adults from coming into the shop I went to this shop and had to stand outside with all the Schoolchildren I had one of my young grandchildren not in School uniform with me.I think she was very rude to us as I went to go in she ushered me out as if I was child.She used to be a pleasant lady when I first started using shop but over time no hello ,good morning , please or Thankyou.so rude The guy there I assume it's her husband is so much more polite and welcoming .I spend a lot of money i won't be spending it there anymore..

Absolutely disgraceful. School children only allowed in one at a time, fair enough owners obviously cant cope.But adults being made to wait outside and spoken down to by the female proprietor is disgusting. An elderly lady I would say around 89 was denied access and had to wait outside in the rain the female proprietor was so rude to her.I myself was greeted with a hand ✋️ in my face telling me "No you can't come in yet?? When I asked why I was told adults come in and steal as well and if you don't like it dont come back..The Schoolchildren are spoken to like they are all Thieves.Shop definitely needs new owners who treat people respectfully.I will Never use shop again"

Disgusting attitude. I was picking up a parcel dropped off by DPD, having the collection notice email to hand. After spending half hour arguing with the man and woman, who by the way was more interested in her phone call, i finally got it through to them that the email was the collection reference. After showing my photo ID i finally managed to sign for the package. But we weren't done yet OH NO! He wanted to see my bank card for god knows what reason and after reluctantly giving my package over he tried to see what it was. Think twice anyone before using this shop as a clock and collect service.
