It was amazing, I spent so much time trying to find the right shoe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for lots of different sizes, and they were so kind and didn't complain once.

I got my baby boy his first ever pair of shoes now he is walking!I sadly lost my receipt so don’t have the young lady’s name but she was so helpful, kind and above all else; patient. She made the already exciting experience even more special and I cannot thank her enough. I wish for the life of me I didn’t lose my receipt because she deserves all the credit.To the Indian/Asian young lady who was working at approximately 4/5pm on Saturday 19th August; thank you!

Was served by a lady who was friendly but as I went on asking questions about the shoes shoes she was giving assurances like the bottoms of the shoe have good grip (Which they didn't) and you can return them within 30 days if I don't like them when I have worn them a bit etc. I pressed her on this and only then she confirmed that they have to be retuned in a as sold" state... so how would I be supposed to wear them for a bit and return them? She then went on trying to upsell the care products and at the point I was out of there. She wasn't horrid but really expected more for Clarks."
