The workers d a good enough jobThe person who answers the phone, however, is bringing the whole business down. She's not knowledgeable, can't really do anything and has to get someone else to call you back...which doesn't actually happen. She was rude when my partner called, talking over her like she's being told off by a headmistress. She desperately needs customer service training if she's going to represent the company on the phone. If it was my company, I wouldn't want her in a client facing position.

Doesn't even deserve half a star - Spoke to Thelma who clearly knows nothing about providing a professional service to any clients! Asked to change the time of my appointment as i was not available and she was nothing but rude and unhelpful. Shouting at me down the phone with her disgusting attitude. Would not rearrange on a time to suit me and advised to get my money back if not! Would never use again stay away!

I called this business today for some assistance and the woman on the phone was so rude, I couldn't believe it. Quickly hung up and called someone else, a lucky escape!

Had a friend who had water coming up from his basement floor in bad weather. He was quoted £10k to tank his basement. I advised he gets a second opinion and call these guys. Southern remedial services called round and observed all guttering from 3 roofs was overloading at a certain point. The guttering was rerouted to spread the rain fall. The problem has never reoccurred. Excellent service, arrived on time and call out was money well spent. Thank you.

Attempted to overcharge us and left the property in an awful state, plus the property still has issues. Avoid at all costs. Should not be doing business.
