Poor sales team and dodgy service dept. Despite them carrying out an MOT on our new (used) car the day before our test drive, the window squishers did not work and a faulty headlight took far too long to 'sort' ..4days after we planned to pick up the new car/no update or phonecall, also extra 2000miles on the clock compared to advert, we ended up cancelling the purchase. Very pushy-threatening to cancel reservation beforehand when checking details such as service history etc. Spent a lot of time on hold/salesman never 'available' when chasing updates that should happen automatically despite the place being empty on the 3 occasions we wasted time there ..odd experience, suggest avoid or be careful to check your new purchase passes basic checks and is 'as advertised'.

I had bad experiences with AC for so many years that I have been avoiding them. The car I own now is a Peugeot, so when Robins and Day closed I had no choice as the car was under warranty, I had to use them. In for a service, it came out with the front grill cracked, this was fixed without argument. A year or so later I noticed the rear bumper was getting marked and the paint was wearing thin on the boot lid, the car had been sandwiched, I realised that this must have happened at the same time as the grill. Why would a company insist that dash cams must be removed, if you don't they will, the answer is in my story. Recently, I had to go in for a manufacturer's software update, I took the dash cam off but when I picked it up the camera lead had been unplugged...why? I could write a book about bad experiences with this company. I currently have a problem with the car but I will not go to AC, although I think the fault would be best sorted by a Peugeot dealer. I'll take it to the southside very inconvenient but safer. Two stars because was cleaned inside and out when I got it back.

We had an appointment with a gentleman by the name of Ian MaCdonald , from start to finish we could not fault our experience.The showroom is immaculate , we were offered coffee/tea/ juice and snacks.We were seen immediately , even although we were very early.Can not fault this dealership at all

Excellent experience dealing with William friendly and welcoming from start to finish, a lot of back and fourth but kept in the loop at every stage of the process and will be collecting my new car soon.I would recommend the use of this branch again to anyone looking to buy a car from Arnold Clark.

Great service oriented Peugeot car sales showroom and repairs. Been going there for over 15 years.

Visited last week. My 3 year old Merc failed it's MOT and I was 70 miles from home with my dog. The dealership were excellent. They got me into a loan car to get me home and fixed my car in a couple of days. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a storm in a tea cup. Excellent service from the team. Great people and great service. Highly Recommended.

I would recommend this branch, especially for Peugeot customers. They have been very responsive and supportive making sure the repairs we needed were completed to our satisfaction.

Very friendly staff. Made to feel comfortable about the sale. Will go back.
