Called up, it said a 3 minute estimated wait time, I was kept on hold for an HOUR, then got hung up on without even speaking to anybody!! I understand long wait times due to covid, but if that’s that case, don’t tell people it’ll be less than 3 minutes, or change things around to make the process smoother!

I suppose I got an appointment here at least, so that's something. Long call handling times aside, I'm just baffled by the lack of empathy when calling the clinic for an urgent, sensitive issue. On the receptionist's part. Knowing the process of what should have been done now, I urge anyone leaving reviews here to also provide formal feedback or complaints. Nothing will change otherwise.PS one star for the rest of the staff who were lovely.

I phoned up this morning 13th Sept on advice from my GP. I got thru after at least 20mins wait only to be told that I could book a phone back appointment 30 Sept (17days away from now) When I told the the young lady that was not soon enough she suggested I call back at 8.30 tomorrow. Maybe I can get an earlier ring back.The system seems to be under collapse now, a view confirmed by my daughter’s recent experiences along with her 8 month old son at Nottingham QMC.Actually being able to see physically a medical professional is a real privilege now. Call centre style medicine seems the norm now and Stick to the Script is their mantra.Don’t get sick, don’t get old. Doctor Internet is your main medical resource now and if you don’t have wifi or mobile data you are completely disenfranchised.Further to my above review, which seems to have been viewed many times, I must say that once I did see a Doctor I was treated extremely well with kindness & consideration.I did try to edit my comments within days of receiving treatment, but for some reason found it impossible access the edit function up until now, having received a notification from Google. I have since sought Medical Treatment from the NHS for various problems, guess it’s an age thing… & must say generally speaking I have received pretty good treatment despite the extreme pressure the NHS is under at the moment.Thank you

Amazing staff!! Always so friendly and helpful. Appointments are on time and such care is shown. Always a great experience at the GU clinic :)

Had an appointment all staff very kind, polite and helpful from receptionist to nursing staff , I been treated with care and respect.

Rang me once to arrange an appointment, couldn't make the call because I work from home and was in a meeting. Rang back but an automated machine told me I would be called back. Never got a call back. Rang the next week to inquire and I'm back on the waiting list. Not impressed at all.

I phoned today to change a face to face appointment to an over the phone one. After a very short wait (that rarely happens as they are always busy), a lady answered the phone, she was very lovely and informed that after she gets to consult it she will phone me back, within 10 minutes she called back to tell me she updated the system and I will receive a phone call from the doctor and was no need to pop up by clinic any more.

I wish o could give 0 star to this place. After 45 minutes waiting for my appointment. The receptionist had to call the nurse and she just showed her lazy face and said that she forgot " to call me. No one in the waiting area just me.The nurse treated me like rubbish. After I explained about the symptoms and showed her evidence

I'm SO DONE with this clinic that I've blocked the number and will not be bothering with them EVER again.Number 1: I had an appointment at the start of January and on the day I went to the clinic (after being on hold on the phone for 45 minutes) I found that nobody was there and the clinic was closed that day. Furious is an understatementNumber 2: They didn't text my results over like usual, it's been 2 month's now. RidiculousNumber 3: They called me multiple times (but I didn't have my secondary phone on me) texted and sent Voicemails. I rang back asked to speak and they rang back once then left a half hearted voicemail about if you want to talk

Always had great service here the staff are amazing especially as I have a phobia with needles... they were compassionate and understanding... managed to take blood from me by the back of the hand and all was well... I have been there 6 times now and every time the staff have been wonderful. Though the phone line you use to make an appointment does take a long time to get through, and now that I know this I just asked the staff when was a quiet time to phone and book and was told when to call all good...Keep up the good work!
