First time in kennels for our ten year old pair of dogs. They were well looked after and didn't seem at all distressed when we collected. Kennel staff were friendly and helpful even managing to put my wife's mind at rest, not an easy task as far as her boys go

I’ve waited to leave my review until I got my dog back safely. Dropping off my dog on the day of our holiday I had the displeasure of meeting the owner, Terry. After checking my dog in he gave me a form to fill in, suggesting it was the 3rd time I’d been given it. I smiled awkwardly and said I’d never been given it, otherwise I would have filled it in. He was rude, aggressive and even picked up his computer slamming it down onto the top of the reception desk in anger. I had to leave the room as I felt extremely intimidated and was very upset to leave my dog. Having read the reviews I’m not the first to have been subject to his behaviour. I most certainly won’t be recommending to my many dog owner friends nor will I be returning.

Fab, very thorough with the application process but it ensures you that your your will be safe, they also take my bearded dragon too which is a blessing to have all the pets in one place. My dogs got very excited when.i dropped them off the 2nd time and they recognised one of the young ladies so it has their approval!

Very good service & caring Kennels. My mum was in hospital and had to stay in longer than first thought, which was no problem to them at short notice. The dogs were happy and well exercised, very helpful staff.

My cat stayed here for six days. It wont happen again. When I arrived to pick him up, he was terrified, hiding in the sandbox and not responding to my calls. He was very, very nervous. This was a strange behaviour in my cat; he is very affectionate. I have never seen him like this, even though I have had to leave him with caregivers other times because I travel a lot. In his room, the door to the balcony was closed, and the person, I believe was the owner, said they had closed it that morning. Is it true? To calm my cat a bit, I asked that man if I could walk the cat around his property a little (with the leash; my cat is used to that), and he was looking at me and waiting as if he wanted me to leave now. Then, at home, I saw a little wound on his pad. It's been two days, and my cat is still recovering from the emotional stress that being there caused him. I have the feeling that he was very alone all the time.

Our young Cockapoo loved this place. She will definitely want to be staying here again in the future. Very helpful, caring staff, clean, tidy and well organised, with lots of space for it's 'doggy' guests to have fun and to be well looked after. Home from home! I'd definitely recommend.

We traveled from Oxford and used the kennels near our holiday destination. It turned out to be a very good decision. Staff were friendly, confident and great with our dogs. Opening times are really sensible and price is very competitive. Having collected our dogs today they are happy, settled and well exercised. Thank you to Terry and his team, we will definitely use them again.

First ever time using a kennels for my two poms luna and ruby and can honestly say super super happy i was very nervous about leaving them but was updated on there settling in and put my mind at rest collected them today and two happy clean poms! Thanks guys will be using again 100 percent! :)

First time I have used this kennels .Booked 2 springer spaniels in for 2 days at last minute with no problems thank you for your 5 star sevice would definitely recommend them.
