I used to use the Co-op in Alford for my regular shopping. I was especially attracted to the in-store butchery and bakery, the excellent range of fresh local produce and the hot roast chickens. I am aghast to find that the only thing to survive the latest store improvement" is the in-store bakery and even that isn't working today. Since I need to get the car out to get to Alford Co-op anyway

Was left to stand outside like an idiot,needed to get to cash machine had a taxi waiting and im partially sighted ,i asked where i should wait and the staff couldnt give me any instructions so i gave up

I have just visited this store as its my local coop and i normally never have a problem. However today I had a poor experiance, I was served by a gentleman in his early 30s called Ashley, who whilst serving me, it took about 2 minutes was constantly snorting and sniffing. I understand people have colds but the guy wasnt wearing a mask which given the current climate is perhaps not the best idea. As an elderly gentleman i found this quite disturbing.
