Called at 9am, job finished and sorted by 11am! Excellent response, friendly and professional. Diagnosed a blockage and cleared. Also identified a small tear in the door seal, which we chose to replace, preventing future problems. Very happy with the cost £70, saving £400 for a new Bosch. Just wish more people would fix their appliances (and save money) rather than going for the instant replacement and landfill option. Would recommend Shenley Domestics (and will).

Washing machine tripped the fuse box mid load - called Andy and he turned up within 30 mins to take a look. Diagnosed it as a faulty motor and recommended a new machine as opposed to cost of replacement.

Delayed post but rang as thought my tumble dryer had broken. Appt was booked for the following day and machine was actually OK so I could have left it at that but decided to have a service as had it for a few years. Luckily everything was in great shape and no issues so overall fee was great value and now I have piece of mind.

Oven blew last night, called Shenley Domestic this morning, were with my by lunchtime and had issue sorted and fixed in about 15 minutes. Good value for the peace of mind of having oven back working. Thank you, highly recommend

We were unlucky to have had both our dishwasher and our washing machine break with in a month of each other. I was recommended Shenley Domestic and I am so grateful that I was.Andy came with in a couple of days, turned up when he said he would quickly diagnosed the fault each time and we were back on track quickly. Andy is a shining star in the Appliance fixing world and I would use again with out hesitation.

Fantastic service. My auntie had an issue with her washing machine. Called and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. After reviewing the problem? It was down to not understanding how the machine worked? He explained to my auntie for next time and just took a nominal fee for resolving the issue.I would recommend this company extremely highly.
