Finest Dental Wokingham

Everything was going great with my fixed braces treatment until Rozsa left last October since then i have been left without treatment and continually lied to by staff when i ring up to ask what is happening.I was told that at the end of January a replacement for my fixed braces would be found but this has not happened and now I am seeking refunds on outstanding treatment.Shockingly bad customer service and I feel like I have been lied to for 4 months.On the website it states that customer complaints will be dealt with within 48 hours but all my emails are being ignored. I have no trust in this practice to carry out any further treatment and anyone thinking of it beware.

Stay away from the Wokingham practice. They gave the worst service I have ever experienced. I applied for Invisalign in September 2019 and I was constantly getting told I needed to come in for rescans 3 times after I had to chase it up!! So In the end I just decided to cancel but I never got a reply from anyone they’re so ignorant. I’ve only just managed to cancel my treatment after chasing and chasing and it’s not even them who cancelled it, the finance company cancelled my treatment for me as the Wokingham branch wouldn’t even respond to them requesting my cancellation so I was paying for something I didn’t even receive. If I could give - stars I really would.Do not go to this company. Absolutely atrocious.

I’ve been going to the Wokingham branch for my Invisalign teeth aligners for almost a year now, I’m coming to the end of my Invisalign treatment and I’m really happy with the progress. The team there are lovely and always happy to help. Definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting their teeth straightened.

Stacey and her team have been great every step of the way and are super friendly and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. Also found this dentist the best value and received the best customer service compared to the other consultations I had for invisalign.

Am absolute shame of a company. Whilst the treatment itself was good dealing with the company is horrific. I cancelled my treatment but have to forever chase a refund which includes the finance company taking money from my account after the treatment had been cancelled. Every person you speak to tells you it's the other departments fault and they have no phone numbers to share with you, just email addresses - and yes they NEVER respond to emails . It's better to go to an established company. Also, don't fall for the 'take the treatment now for a heavy discount' as this is just a con.

So hard to get through to anybody on the telephone I am currently on hold 3rd in the Que but I've been on hold 15 minutes already. and often don't get a call / email back.Paid for invisalign full and that runs out in 2020 my teeth are still not complete.Such a shame because the staff are so friendly but the service is just not acceptable especially when paying a lot of money for a service.

Such a mixed review here. Rosza has sadly left and legally cannot take patients with her, otherwise I just wouldn't go back to Finest. She is a marvellous orthodontist and takes great pride and care in her work. Don't get me wrong, the service in house is great, however trying to get in touch over the phone is an ABSOLUTE JOKE considering the staff are never visibly busy in the clinic, certainly not to a point where the phone is always engaged. Genuinely so frustrating. I am currently still on hold (31 mins and counting) whilst typing this review, all because no-one from the clinic has decided to get back in touch with me to book my appointment after Rosza has left. The duty of care for this company is actually disgraceful. I'm getting sick of it since I have had my braces for over 2 years now and it is just continuous. Fed up. I can't just not get in touch as I NEED an appointment and nobody will follow up with me because they never do. Terrible service indeed.

The actual dental service here is fine, however as another review on here says it is literally impossible to get in touch with the receptionist to book an appointment. Time and time again I call them and it goes through to someone who cannot help me, then to be told they will ring me back which they never do! I have spent just over £3000 on Invisalign (which is great) however once you’ve paid it feels like they just don’t want to know.I don’t understand why the receptionist can’t answer the phone either because every time I’m there she is sat checking emails/ talking to customers about their new puppy or w.e. I really do believe it would be easier to get in touch with Jesus Christ himself.I’d avoid this place and go somewhere else if I did it all again simply for the fact that they don’t pick up the phone.Update: rung them Thursday and Friday this week , both days been told by the person on the other end of the phone that someone is going to ring me back the same day, nothing. Absolutely rubbish customer service.

Everything about the Wokingham branch has been a great experience. It was the first practice I visited to discuss having Invisalign that I felt really listened to me and discussed my options with me in an open and honest wat. All costs were clear and upfront which anybody going through dental treatment knows, is not always the case. The practice staff are always friendly and have gone above and beyond to help me through the treatment course.

How hard is it to pick up a phone? (READ THE WHOLE REVIEW)I have never been in a position where I've had to chase a company so often via phone and email over a 2 year period! My initial treatment was average and it picked up when a new dentist came into the practice. Robyn the receptionist at the time was fantastic, very helpful and was so easy to get hold of. No wonder she was promoted further within the company. I have had to chase and chase appointments, calling and emailing. I am constantly put through to an external company who assure me someone will ring me back, weeks and months pass to the point where I have had a lower brace with no wire for a 9 month period. Is this not a form of medical negligence? I live 1.5 hours from the surgery and purely went there for cost. It has got to a point where I will have to turn up without an appointment to be seen.It should not have to come to leaving a 1 star review to try and get someone to ring me back to book my appointment for further treatment which is associated with a cock up on your end.
