They are extremely professional, and I had an incredible time and a terrific night. My friends and I had a great day touring London's major attractions and shooting amazing photographs. It was an incredible and wonderful evening. The fact that the limousine's music system is connected to Bluetooth was fantastic; it let us to choose our favorite songs and really enjoy the ride. I strongly recommend!!

They are a great company to rent a limousine, I'm really happy to rent the limousine with them to celebrate my birthday with my friends. I had all support that I needed from the beginning, I felt safe and I trust on pilot. The guy is very kind and looks after us all the time. I had a visit before rent and I was impressed, they have many different limousines which is amazing!! They also have the best price!

I rented the limo as birthday surprise for my wife, and she loves it. We had a fantastic night.The drive showed us the best places in London and help us with the photos. It was her dream and the Limo help me with that surprise. They offer a good service. The drive came on time and he was friendly. I strong recommend limo

£600 spent, limo had duct tape holding the cup holders together, was meant to be picked up after our event rang the driver and he lied saying he'd broken down when there was blatantly customers laughing and drinking in the back loudly, the champagne was literally a bottle of lambrini.They tried to make us wait till 1230/0100am to be picked up, in the end we had to get a taxi back.This was not booked in my name, my mother in law booked it.There will be two more 1 star reviews coming from the other people involved in this.Do not pay them in full up front.Awful company, avoid at all costs.

We had an excellent experience! Our chauffeur -- Rez -- arrived early and was very professional. The ride was comfortable and fun! The lights and sound system were great, and once the A/C got going, the temperature and air quality was good. The hummer can fit 16 people, but if you have several larger individuals in your party, I would recommend not bringing more than 12 passengers for max comfort.Will very likely rebook in the future.Top quality fun!

DO NOT USE.These people are mis-selling. I was promised a magnum of champagne to enjoy during the ride. I was also told I could pay the balance by bank transfer to the driver. Neither of these things turned out to be true. So there was nothing to drink and we had to take time out of the ride to stop for cash, after the driver was late and unprofessional in the first place. When I followed up, I was gaslighted and threatened.

Please don't be fooled by the 5 stars reviews. They are mostly fake and it's obvious.Worst service ever, expensive and no tracking whatsoever. No text, no confirmation email.You're either lucky and it goes okay or you're not and you'll regret it so much that it'll make you angry like never before. They are not professionals.Go elsewhere, trust me on that.

We uses the Thierry limo Party bus for 22 passengers. The Party limo bus was like a disco inside with very good sound system. Will recommend.

I hired a £350 2h london tour in a black chrysler (baby bentley) limo for my sister's birthday and I was very disappointed with the car and booking process.The booking process was quick and easy but I never received a confirmation email, an invoice or any of the specific details booked.The ride was not what I expected... For starters, they sent a white ford excursion (nothing to do with the model we booked) that had very old inside. The seats were in perfect condition but there were broken glass holders and the car wasn't detailed properly. The outside was dusty and discoloured, which was clearly visible due to the colour of the car and there was debris in the cup holders as well as the bottle compartment. The carpets were clean but looked very old too. There were also lots of scratches and missing peaces at the back seats.The birthday decoration didn't match my request either. They were very poor, the inside was supposed to come with gold, pink, white or black balloons and a birthday banner. All very mature/girly like and we got 7 small ballons and only 1 was pink, the rest were blue, green and yellow. The banner was blue and very small.The driver was nice but it was clear he wasn't given any directions from the main office because he asked us where did we wanted to go. I explained we had a london tour booked and his face said it all. He explained he didn't know central london very well. We finally gave him an area and he figured it out in google maps on our way there. He also asked us if we liked the chrysler which was very odd having in consideration it was an excursion.The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because we made the best out of our ride and my daughter enjoyed it and was very impressed but is not hard to impress a 3 year old.I don't recommend this service. I don't think it's worth the money in the slightest. You pay for a luxury experience and you get a very poor service. Never booking with this company again.
