Excellent customer service today in the Bullring store! Firstly from Hannah on the phone to discuss the situation regarding a faulty return I had. Secondly from Natasha in store who took a lot of time to sort out the situation for me even though the shoes had been bought a few months previously.Also upbeat and friendly conversation with staff whilst waiting and sorting out transaction.Overall top quality service!

Amazing place! Been there with my mate and the staff was really friendly! They were surprised that vans produces BMX tyres. We got some free stuff aswell.
