I needed new tumble dryer, I called them at 9.15am on Saturday morning, they delivered me one 2 hours later, no delivery charge, and even took old appliance away, again at no extra charge, also great price on the new appliance, try here first, before the big retail outlets, fantastic service ang good prices.
