Revenant Tattoo

Anna did my first tattoo in 2016 and I've been tattooed by her several times since. She is a perfect mix of professional, friendly, relaxed - and of course an incredible artist. I have her art on my wall as well as on my skin!

We had family line-work with Anna, where I learned about her artistic skills and empathy.I went back for something special and it eclipsed my expectations. Just a fantastic person and artist.

My own tattoo was done by Anna in the Shrewsbury studio, where she sometimes works. Anna is the pinnacle of what I hope for in a tattoo artist. Anna is incredible...and that's even before she has applied any ink. The depth of understanding she has is obvious. She made me feel complete trust in her and we haven't even met. Anna is AMAZING! I have had several tattoos by her over the last 6 years and they have all exceeded my expectations. She's brought my floral ideas to life and they are still looking beautiful years after, as I know they will do for years to come. She's always been super professional and lovely too which, putting me at ease from the start.

Being slightly 'older' I was a bit self-conscious about finding the right studio as it's years since I've had a tattoo, but I needn't have worried. Anna listened to my ideas and was very professional and patient with me considering I never stopped talking and asking questions! Her artwork is exceptional and unique. Mine has been remarked on by strangers who are surprised at it being beautiful art rather than a 'typical tattoo'. I can honestly say I wouldn't wear anyone else's art and would trust Anna completely. She is welcoming, puts you at your ease and has an outstanding talent.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Anna. I knew I could trust her to create something beautiful from the very beginning, and I love my tattoo so much. She understood exactly what I wanted for my tattoo and what she created was perfect. I felt safe and in good hands throughout the whole day session, and she was happy to discuss and make a few minor alterations. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process too, answering all my questions. The colours in my tattoo are gorgeous and the composition of the design is perfect. The first thing to say is that this will be the first of a number of reviews as I will definitely be going back because Anna is simply fantastic.Thoughtful, generous and understanding, she gently led me through the entire process of my first tattoo. An artist with a unique vision and beautiful style, Anna collaborated every step of the way. Listening openly and responding honestly we came up with a design that made us both very proud.She was meticulous in its placement, taking time and effort few would to ensure the work was displayed to its best, and then the 6 hours or so I was “in the chair” flew by with the type of friendly, expansive conversation you’d have over a drink.And then came the big reveal. Honestly, the pleasure and happiness this tattoo gives me is all the review you need. I was overwhelmed and overjoyed with the result and spent the rest of the week grinning like a fool.The entire process has been a marvellous adventure which I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish.
