Brad the representative, arrived with a van loaded with items to show.He was really help as my husband and I are unavailable to lifting and manoeuvring of furniture ATM.We explained immediately it would be a quote first as it was being provided by a charity through my husband's work. Still he was keen to give us a demo but without being pushy.All good quality materials and all extras explained about.Thankyou so much for making it a pleasant experience rather than feeling as if we need nursing care in our 50s.

Our demonstration was booked for 10.00 am and right on the dot Brad arrived looking very smart and ready to work. He took time to explain the bath lift to us and I am happy to say that at no time did we feel under pressure to buy, he would have been shown the door had this been the case! All in all he was a pleasure to deal with, well done Brad. Now we are awaiting the installation later today. A good service all round.

Today I arranged a home visit from willowbrook for free no obligation assessment for a recliner chair for my mum , the lovely young gentleman that turned up was Chris he took the the time for my mum to face time and go through the whole demonstration with me thank you so much. knowing my mum was not being talk into a just a sale he was so good with her unfortunately for Chris he probably has a new friend In Margaret

Your representative Brad gave a very well informed home demonstration of the mobility bed. All additional features were explained in detail whilst emphasising it was personal choice as to which if any were chosen. Very friendly, polite service with the customers personal requirements the priority.

Brad was very informative and provided an excellent demonstration and fully understood our position of purchase. This never hindered his approach aimed at my needs.
