Dorothy's Tea Room

This was the most perfectly unique cream tea experience. The town is picturesque, the tearoom is exquisitely accessorized and by far the best scones and clotted cream I’ve ever eaten. Homemade and delicious. Staff was incredibly friendly. Will come again.

We booked the back room for a birthday tea party, and I cannot recommend Dorothy's enough. The first impression upon entering is wonderful. Set in one of our beautiful Somerset villages, you walk into this bright, colourful, welcoming place, full of beautiful mis-matched furniture and porcelain. It has such a homely feel. The staff were above and beyond welcoming and helpful, and made sure there was a steady stream of steaming pots of tea and plates of sandwiches and cakes for the 14 of us. And the food! Absolutely delicious! We honestly couldn't have asked for better. A fabulous place and we shall certainly be back. Thank you!

This was a lovely afternoon tea, more than we could eat so we took some home for pudding. People were very friendly and welcoming and accommodated our last minute booking. The tea and cake was all lovely. It was a nice touch that they used metal straws and compostable packaging!

Popular eatery in the centre of the village. Comfortable and welcoming. Have a coffee, breakfast, lunch, or tea all freshly prepared and with excellent service. A lucky find.

Wonderful tea room with amazing afternoon tea situated in a picturesque part of the world. Perfect size portions of food and the scones are to die for. The toughest decision is cream or jam first

It was one of the spur of the moments when we decided to find a local tea room,and we found a little,quiet gem of a tea room .....We was warmly welcomed and from the first moment to the last and was a pleasure.....We had the high tea,everything was handmade and you could tell (yum yum yum)
