Over my long career I've noticed that most IT support companies are fairly slow to deal with issues, often being passed on to a different level etc.BZB are quick to respond and get it fixed properly.

I would highly recommend BZBIT to any new prospective business who are looking for a reliable IT Support / Service solution. Having moved to bzbIT around 9months ago I have been thoroughly impressed with both their knowledge and service. As a medium sized company that employs around 200 people with around 70 networked users & roughly 70-80 devices, operating multiple sites around the UK getting our IT Support solution right was crutial to our operation. This is where BZBIT come in.The support that is offered is excellent and the support team are a friendly bunch of people who are easy to talk to on the phone. In our Industry more often than not our networking services are critical to our daily operation that includes the supply of information with our customers. BZBIT continue to demonstrate their wealth of knowledge, quick response times and their pro active nature to resolving difficulties we may have. BZBIT have helped us in many projects over the last 9 months and I can honestly say our systems / security have improved greatly. 5 star.

Such great guys - We had an in-house issue when we were trying to make changes to our websites but after we called the guys at bzb IT, they were on top of sorting it within the hour. Quick turn around, absolutely seamless remote service and spoke us through what they were doing too. We were so happy to have bzb IT support us and resolve our issue. Thanks guys!

Moving on from our previous IT company we had concerns like many people regarding the transition and whether it might cause more problems than it mends. Well, those worries were completely unfounded.From day one the team at Bzb have really impressed myself and the rest of the company I work for. Drag, Sam and the whole team are fantastic. I've used a couple of different IT support providers in the past and BZB IT offer the best service I've ever experienced. Super quick to respond to issues and most importantly they're proactive in their approach to finding resolutions.
