'Another one' This is what I thought when feeling like I had no other options when dealing with the issues I had, after tying all sorts of health care professionals (Chiropractor, Massage, Other physiotherapist and even googling issues and how to treat them) We have all been there. Without a doubt I can confidently say and could not recommend Nathan enough for being 'THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!' Not only is he a fantastic human that has the most calming and caring nature but he is so clued up and knows that HAVING A PLAN is as important as treatment itself and that I was lacking and looking for from a professional. He is the one if you are looking to overcome any issues and want to feel 100% again!! :)

I booked in with Ben for a soft tissue massage after suffering with calf pain as a result increasing my running distance as a new runner. Ben was super friendly and helpful by advising me what exercises I can do prior to runs and how I can build up my strength in training to prevent long-term injuries. Couldn’t recommend him enough, will 100% be booking in with him again.

Best physio I've ever received - Ciara is so lovely and helps me with all of my needs, going above and beyond. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

Went to see Nathan when I was 9 months pregnant. Just after one session, my sciatica & PGP had settled substantially. I had been having pain in my hips and knees for some time & the mobitility in my hips improved just after an hour with him. Couldn't recommend him more! Thanks Nathan!

Absolutely fantastic help and support from Nathan with Athlete Profiling to look at muscle imbalances to create an individualised training programme- it’s really helping to provide a focus in where the work is needed in addition to training! Superb!

Been with ábloc for the past 3/4 years needing constant therapy due to a chronic pain in my ankle making it difficult to walk. I’m now able to continue with normal day life and have been able to return to golfing with a set rehab plan in place to minimise further injury.

I go to Ciaras Pilates classes, which are brilliant, so I thought I’d see if she could help me with my knees. They have been a problem for many years since I damaged them running. I’d already seen numerous physios and even a surgeon but nothing so far had really helped (and I wanted to avoid the surgical route).I’ve only had one appointment with Ciara so far but I can already tell that she is an extremely competent physiotherapist. Not only does she know her stuff but she took the time to thoroughly explain to me what she thought was wrong with my knees and her plan for my recovery. I left feeling educated and confident that I’m in good hands. I now understand what needs to be done and am excited about seeing improvements with the exercises I have been given.I highly recommend going to see Ciara for any niggles you may have!

Fantastic service. Nathan is very thorough, explains everything, and knows exactly what remedy to prescribe. I’ve seen him previously for a shoulder injury after performing a barbell jerk with poor technique, and I was back to lifting in no time. Couldn’t recommend him enough - extremely kind, understanding, and has all the time in the world - even though he’s the busiest!

Overall a great experience. Nathan was very knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations on my strengths and weaknesses and how to further improve on those weaknesses so I can become more balanced.Would highly recommend booking with Abloc Physiotherapy.

I was finding recovery tough after an emergency c-section. Ciara provided amazing advice and support to improve my strength and mobility. This has given me confidence to progress and I’ve noticed a huge improvement over the last few months. Given the lack of information available for returning to exercise post c-section, this has been invaluable and I’d absolutely recommend Ciara as a physio.
