Called to book a call out and start a maintenance contract, told me they would call back, never did. Called again, told same, and didn't call again. Called third time, told me they are not interested, without being able to explain why. Obviously can't handle much work. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Better off with Hytrac or Midlands lifts, much more professional, friendly, quick and provided good service.

Used for the first time for an emergency during covid 19 lockdown and found the service to be absolutely perfect. Darrens knowledge was extensive knowing exactly what the problem was over the phone and attending within 3 hours with the parts and fixed the problem. Will never use anyone else but this company again.
