Used their dry cleaning service. Sent a few jackets and a puffer.They all turned out pretty clean but my puffer was ruined. The down inside collected to one side of the puffer. I've tried my level best to even it out throughout. Noticed some decrease in the puffer's performance as well. Overall I'd say they're good for general dry cleaning but best avoid sending your puffer jackets with them.

I've used this business for my dry cleaning and I have never been let down, Josie is super friendly and helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile. Sometimes I leave my clothes with them for months but she always reminds me to collect them.
