Do not book online (maybe call or use their app)!!! I nervously booked through their website as I did not have the ability to make calls with my international phone. Unsure of how I would get confirmation or how long the taxi would take, I entered my credit card details and proceeded with the booking. A few minutes later, I received a text saying the taxi would arrive in approximately 44 min, meaning I would miss my train. I cancelled the fare after finally finding another taxi company and was charged £5. It all felt very suspicious and I’m angry to have paid £5 for a cancelled taxi.

Picked up within 10 minutes of calling, able to track taxi, £16 for a 5 mile journey. Checked my receipt the next day and there was an 80p tip added without my knowledge.

Absolutely terrible service. I called and ordered a cab for in half an hour's time, I was told okay no problem. Five minutes after its meant to be here I get a call saying it'll be five minutes late. We waited outside for a further fifteen minutes before I called him again and was told the same thing. He eventually turned up twenty-five minutes late and acted like he was doing me a favour when he charged full price for the fare. Don't bother with this firm. Royal taxis are much better and far more reliable.

When you pay for a ‘premium’ taxi, you don’t expect them to call you 5 minutes after the pick up time to ‘check you’re there’, then take another 5 minutes to arrive, then not have a clue where you’re going (even though you’ve used the app), and and then ignore he GPS -taking you straight into traffic and making you late. Uber and Lyft are going to crush these scumbags - and the sooner the better.

Booked a taxi for 19:15 - driver called at 19:05 (10 minutes early) to let us know he had arrived. We told him we would be down in a couple minutes and rushed to get ready. Got outside by 19:08 and the driver had taken off and left us stranded in the cold.When I tried repeatedly to call the company back there was no answer. Ended up having to use a different company to make the journey.

Booked 30 minutes before to head to airline bus stop (so they knew I was time dependent to catch a bus to the airport). Didn't show up and didn't pick up after I called them twice! I will not be using them again.

I booked a taxi from Oxford and they said it would be 10 mins and we'll over 30 mins later a taxi arrives. Not they one we booked just a random taxi and he said he would take us home about 20 mins later halfway through the journey I get a call from my booked taxi who told me that I need to turn around and come back too him! When I said that wasn't gonna happen as a random passers-by was quicker and had better service and manners than him he them told me I needed to pay him and I'm pretty sure he said I should give him my bank details. I'm not exactly a delicate snow flake but being from a hospitality background I would never have talked to a member of the public like I was tonight. The drivers name was aparently Muhammed and license plate 268 acording to the text I received.

I ordered a taxi.an hour in advance last night.I gave precise details.The controller response was it seemed lacking in understanding and he suddenly hung up.The 5.30pm arrival time came and went no taxi.I called the same number back.Same guy answered.He told me i,m mistaken.I passed the phone to my grandson. Who explained to him.And controller hung up.like he did with me.We were both late for a very important occasion.

Tony picked me up on time and was very helpful and professional. Car was A*** for being spotlessly clean.Thank you

I would give 0 if I could. Terrible service. I booked and had a confirmation email. No one arrived, no one answered the phone. I sent a message. They finally responded saying that no driver accepted so there was no booking. An email should have been given saying that it hadn't been accepted. If I have a confirmation email, it's booked. If no one can come they should send an email saying this.
