Have been to this post office many times but no more.They aren't a bit helpful & they don't have facilities that most post offices have

Recently changed owners and you can tell instantly!! Much friendlier atmosphere, really helpful in general. Only thing I feel they could improve on is a better selection of pennie sweets ;)Lisa at the post office is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever come across. As a regular she always makes sure my parcels go even if I’ve left it last minute and she’s always got a smile on her face :) Before the new owners took over if Lisa had have left I would have changed post offices too!!

owners are ignorant and rude, was left to waiting 5 mins , while the guy filled shelves, before he called his wife who eventually appeared eating her breakfast, she was most unhelpfull and seemed annoyed that i had interupted her breakfast . have been in before and the staff are polite and courteous maybe the owners watch the staff and learn how to deal with customers, manners cost nothing

I took some change in from my grandson's money box and was subjected to endless questioning despite the fact my bank had recommended that I went to a post office He was accusing me of having a business account which was embarrassing considering the queue behind me He did eventually serve me but under protest I won't be going back there again

Owner and family are incredibly rude, responding with what do you want" without even making eye contact when you walk up to the counter. Zero customer service skills and zero respect for their customers."

Took quite a lot off 2ps 1ps and 5ps yesterday to put in my bank has I do not have a branch anyore in hull they couldn't off been more helpful when in the past a previous post-office refused to bank my change lovely friendly staff every time I have been in

Friendly staff, late opening hours... unfortunately staff not fully trained on some of the less popular post office services that are available through the terminal but willing to give it a go". Parking restrictions on the bays outside can catch out the unweary but obviously outside of the Post Offices control."
