Nice place, service charges are very high for what you get in return tho

Accomodation and public spaces good. ....just be certain to get true details of maintenance details as bills are large and you will pay for all maintenance/repairs/replacements not only in your own apartment, but throughout the entire complex inside and out !!!Also, the given address is incorrect:Fenham Chase is the adjoining street.The correct address is Browning Court, Fenham Court, Fenham. NE49DR

Update on previous post which I have no recollection of giving. I would not recommend anyone living here. My relative lives here. Supposed to be gated community. Gates constantly broken. Now will not be fixed with no reduction in maintenance charge.
