Hattie's work is absolutely amazing! No one can even tell I have hair extensions in! I have gone from a short red bob style to 16 lady ash coloured extensions. The hair feels amazing still 4 weeks on and as they told me how to care for them which I'm following I'm confident they will still look as good when I need the refitting. I had a great experience getting my hair done here. It look a long time to do but my amazing hairdresser Lillie stayed late putting a lot of time and effort into making my hair perfect. The setting is really nice and all the staff were lovely.

First time going to a hairdressers for a long time so was feeling nervous. However that was put to a rest as staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. Georgi was my hairdresser and she was so friendly and made me feel at ease. She made sure I was okay and looked after. Thank you love my new hair :)

I have now been a hair extension client to spectrum for 4 years, along with colour and twice weekly wash and style... I keep seeing so many reviews and sometimes to forget how important it is to send a review, especially when I have so much experience with the team.Hattie is my regular stylist, she is incredible, she listens to you and works with your hair and their product to give you what you’ve asked for - I have never been disappointed! Trained by the best ‘Katy Grimshaw’ for both colour, cut, hair extensions and application! Over the last 4 years Hattie and team spectrum have looked after me so well and my last 2 extensions lasted for over a year each!!! I’ve had them coloured and cut, and this time totally transformed. I have had holiday hair and wedding hair! I cannot recommend them enough!The whole team at Spectrum One are fantastic! They’re personable, helpful and so creative!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ every time!

I’ve been going for a couple of years however, my last visit was very disappointing. I went with a new stylist that was senior however my hair has turned a tacky blonde and is completely dead from the shoulders down. They attempted to rectify it once however just killed my hair more. They are also refusing to give me a refund. Just a terrible experience. Having to pay for another salon to try and fix my hair

Katy and the team are absolutely incredible and always go above and beyond to make sure you always feel comfortable and looked after. My hair always feels and looks amazing when I leave. Thank you so much Katy, Harrison and the rest of the team. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
