I have used BRM twice, once two years ago whilst supporting my elderly parents whilst writing their will and again this month to write my will and my husband’s will. Both times we were treated with care, compassion and respect. All of our questions were answered and any legal jargon fully explained without making us feel awkward. Both times we took advantage of their free will month and so we donated to Ashgate Hospice instead of paying BRM.Special thanks to Bernadette Greenall who was so lovely and efficient. Myself snd my family would definitely recommend and use BRM again.

Unhelful from start to end! Very rude on telephone and emails, no patience or understanding of having a work/time balance ,only thing they made clear is wanting payment!Didn't explain or advise and gave no information other than to seek advice!

Professional, efficient, polite and friendlyWe dealt with Katie on our sale and purchase and we had a very prolonged journey to exchange of contracts, due to very inefficient and unresponsive lawyers for our buyers. Katie was excellent, seemingly always calm, and quick to reply to my emails or phone messages. She had to do an awful lot of chasing round, mostly failing to get any response for her hard work and the whole procedure must have been very frustrating and trying for her but this never ever came through to me.I have used BRM before and would most definitely recommend them.
