Pete gave us excellent advice and solved our Koi Pond problems with efficiency and good heart. Job was to build a new small header pond and cascade to larger pond in context of taking up an old patio and replacing with a new Patio. Pete did a great job doing a deep clean of our water feature. So good, we will use him again and again! He is a really nice guy to have around too, trustworthy and went the extra mile.

We started using Pete to clean our fish tank every few weeks when I was pregnant and couldn't carry out these duties myself. He is tidy, knowledgable about all the fish and their needs, efficient and reliable. The tank has never been better! It's now nearly 4 years on and Pete has never let us down. Brilliant value for money for the time it saves us. All the joy of having a tank with none of the maintenance! I'll never go back to cleaning it myself again! Can not recommend highly enough.

We faced a problem with rodents damaging the pond liner in a considerably large pond. Initially, it was difficult to locate the source of the leak. However, with Pete's expertise, he identified multiple leaks and conducted repairs accordingly. Additionally, he serviced the pumps and filters, and pruned the pond plants. Although he cautioned us that the rodents might return, we encountered them once again, and this time, they attacked the waterfall. However, Pete reconstructed it using a rodent-proof design, which has remained secure for six months now. Although we've seen signs of rodent visits, all of Pete's measures have effectively deterred them. In summary, Pondaqs is an exceptional company, and I highly recommend their services.

Pete offers a professional and thorough service on ponds and aquariums. He’s supremely knowledgeable as well, you can tell this business is the result of what was and still is a passionate hobby. He did a filter clean on my pond and killed all blanket weed which has stayed away since his treatment, along with providing some great advice for me for personal future maintenance. Recommend this service!

Pete arrived yesterday to clean my pond and add a couple of items such as filters and lights.Our pond now looks amazing and looks awesome at night with the led multifunctional lights.Pete was professional from start to finish despite the weather he finished within the day. Pete was very professional, came on time and we are very pleased with the quality of work he carried out. We had the pond cleaned and some structural work done. Very good price too.
