Great experience today, had the pleasure of meeting Katie and Ellis. Katie was very professional and easy to speak to, attended my needs from the second I entered the show room. Ellis was brilliant, very approachable, relaxed but informative and made the experience of test driving a car second to none. These guys made the whole experience of entering Hyundai Hull very easy and enjoyable. I would recommend and if you get chance ask for Ellis, he can't be missed sporting that awesome afro... All in all fantastic.

I visited Drive Hyundai in Hull this afternoon whilst in the area to browse the cars. On entrance I was welcomed to a very friendly showroom well presented and clean. I met a lovely man named Daniel who spent a lot of time with me helping me decide my next venture of a car. I am extremely fussy and Daniel had the patience of a saint in helping me find exactly what I wanted. We went on a test drive of a few vehicles until I found one that met all my needs. Not once did I feel he was frustrated with my many questions or indecisiveness. I didn’t feel pressured into buying any additional products although I did as I now have more peace of mind with my car!Thanks Daniel for your time and patience, i wouldn’t have walked away with my car without you!

Purchased my original car from Welptons whilst in the old premises at Hessle Square in 1989, and have purchased many cars since. My most recent purchase I must say has been the worst in relation to customer service.Having placed my order in March, I finally took delivery of it in November which I was assured was due to a world shortage of vehicle parts, which I understand is no fault of the dealership. However during this wait I did not receive one update without having to prompt the dealership first, and when I finally did get through the switchboard I was assured I would receive a call back. After waiting several days I found the quickest way to get any update was attend the dealership in person.On finally receiving the vehicle in late November, I found a small scratch on the paintwork. I was informed that this would be rectified, and someone would be in touch, however I'm still waiting.The new Drive Dealership are certainly pulling out all the stops in convincing me that this will be my final purchase!

Greater in a frequently, professional manor. Everything was ready for me after booking in on line the day before. The curtesy car was good and the service carried out as agreed. The valet of the car was first class. Will be using this service again next year, especially after finding that breakdown cover was included in the service for the next year.Very pleased.
