Not 1 but 2 security tags left on separate items. Lots of staff chatting doing not much and the ones serving must be blind to miss TWO tags ! if only they would take their time checking for tags than looking at the receipt making sure I hadn't stolen anything

Was helped by Roxanne and just wanted to shout out to her, as a LGBTQ person I don’t always feel comfortable or welcomed in shops like this but she helped me find the right bra with so much patience, kindness and friendliness it really really made a difference. Thank you. ❤️

My experience at the store was exceptional. In particular, I had the pleasure of working with Maaria, who went above and beyond to support me in my fitting.Maaria’s genuine kindness and willingness to help was really impressive and she really took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect fit. Had an amazing experience with the lovely Sharna!! Wish I could have found a manager on the shop floor to let them know how amazing she was!!I have just had a baby and bras after pregnancy is a mind-field but she made me feel a million dollars and a massive confidence boost!1000% amazing x

Great staff was good, jurderline helped me out greatly in what I was looking for , do feel bad for staff though, heat in there is unbelievable, I do hope they can fix that , I was only here for 10 mins and couldn’t stand it in there , nevertheless the help was good

Got an amazing service from all staff members, especially Sharna. She helped me find my right size and made the whole experience delightful. Even the other staff were so helpful, helping me at the till even though it was past closing time. Thanks guys ❤️

I had my measurement done by Tamana. She was ABSOLUTELY excellent. She’s an icon to be fair. Me and my sister thought she was great, she was very thorough and honest throughout. That girl needs a promotion or a raise because she made us have the best time and feel so comfortable and looked after. We told the manager that she was incredible and she was going to pass it on so I hope she does. If you see this Tamana, you’re iconic❤️
