Absolutely amazing service and nails are always perfect. I had a pedi and gel polish on feet and hands. I am always offered tea/coffee. I look forward to the professional service. Thanks Natasha

Lovely and welcoming staff. The pedicure was good but there was still some hard skin left on both heels unfortunately. SNS with tips was very well done by Jerry, lasted exactly 2 weeks. Will definitely come again!EDIT:The owner is dishonest and only cares about making money. Too bad! Never going again.

Messed up my nails then over changed me. Would not go there again even if I was paid to. Cried on the way home and I have NEVER done that before:(

I waited 40 mins for my pedicure to be done.Steps were missed - like using the green scrub on the feet and the massage. The customer service was dreadful after making a compliment face to face. This is the worst experience I have had here after visiting here twice. The owner and staff were also spewing in their language . Never again am I coming here. Worst service I have received. So unfortunate it’s my local pedicure shop .

The staff are rude especially the women. Shes money grabbing/dishonest over charging at every opportunity even though her prices are already extortionate (why give prices then add on? ). She rushed my nails leaving my cubicles bloody and sore. She is constantly gossiping in her language (record her to confirm). If you choose to go there make sure you check the prices for confirmation. Also check products she says jel then uses acrylic. People work hard for their money. Karma is real and you will see!

I thoroughly enjoy visiting Bijou Nails. I receive excellent service every time I go and get compliments each and every time. The staff are kind and professional and I recommend to everyone because they are fabulous!!!!

Had my nails done a few times always shocking. I’ll list a few things that she’s done.Cuts your cuticles to the point they bleed and are sore for days after.Unless you want square nails she will use stiletto nails and then cut to shape and then they don’t lay flat and point upwards. The most recent thing was I went they day before my birthday and had an appointment. When I arrived 5 mins bef my app she had just started someone’s feet and had two ladies waiting. One lady was an app 45 mins after mine. She asked me to come back tomorrow which I couldn’t because I had plans already. She then rushed the women’s feet and then rushed my infill and broke one of my nails off as she was rushing then tried to put a stiletto nail on and then tried to argue with me when I refused to allow her to stick it on my finger and wanted a normal nail filed down to coffin shape. Didn’t get the design I wanted because I would tell she was rushing and didn’t want her to mess it up. To then have to come back two days later as my nail paint pealed off two nails. So I go back Monday and the same lady that had the app 45 mins after me was back there with the same problem. Cheap products, injuring customers, rude staff with no customer service unless you are willing to not question her and then sat there speaking bad about me and my child in her language that I recorded on my phone then translated when I got home. And if she’s reading this my son wouldn’t have been in her shop Monday if she did the job properly that she was paid for in the first place.
