Rough Trade Soho had some great albums that I don't often run into back home, but I guess I went in with the expectation that it was going to be comparable in size to its counterpart in Brooklyn. London is an expensive city, and I'm sure Soho is not the easiest place to rent commercial space, but I found it kind of odd the shop was just a small section partitioned in the bottom of a clothing shop. The experience sort of reminded me of going to an Urban Outfitters, but with a better selection of genres to choose from.

Decent little store in the basement of a clothes shop. Don't go expecting a full size Rough Trade store.

It's great to see this fantastic store now in Soho, otherwise it's a trip to Brick Lane or Ladbroke Grove, which is also fine! The store is in the basement of a clothing shop, so easily missed, but in its own space. It's not huge, but offers plenty, and I have collected items from there via their click and collect service, which is good too. Thank you!

A fairly good selection of records but not the treasure trove I was expecting. There are more clothes than records here.

Visited to collect a book I'd ordered online a few months ago. Store is situated downstairs in Rag & Bone clothes store. Wasn't expecting this and only noticed due to sign hanging outside under Rag & Bone sign and then saw 'Rough Trade' and an arrow pointing down a flight of stairs on inner wall.Very small pop-up almost with limited items available- a small rail of t-shirts, small bookcase and small double rack of vinyl.Staffed however by a friendly chatty Irish guy and a girl who I spent 5 minutes discussing purchase with and other music related items and experiences.Would advise though if you're expecting larger choices or stores similiar to Rough Trade East or West even, this isn't like either of them, so you may be better going to one of these instead, if you're in London.

It's all right. Very small space, basically a pocket in the basement of a clothing store. Selection is limited due to size constraints I'm sure, but what is stocked is good stuff (imo).

Pretty small selection but they somehow fit my taste perfectly with what they have. I doubt that'll work for everyone, but I can at least recommend a visit.

Had a great experience here for Record Store Day. The three chaps that assisted me (sorry I didn't get your names!) were so helpful. The atmosphere was really fun and everyone was so friendly - the best of the four stores across London I visited on the day. Well worth a visit!
