The life-coaching sessions with Corinna have been extremely helpful to me.She does not give answers as such but provides very interesting tools that allow you to find your own answers. I had a series of coaching sessions with Corinna to help me work out how to proceed with a number of projects I had in mind. She helped me gain clarity on which to pursue. The exercises we did also helped me to reframe my negative thoughts to be better able to appreciate the positive elements of my life and make changes to improve those I was less happy about.
