I asked Click Mechanics to do an inspection of a used vehicle. The inspection revealed a vehicle in very good condition for its age (22 years) and he found only a few minor flaws.Once the vehicle was purchased, I took it to the garage to do a repair that the expert had detected (change of rear brake pads and discs). The garage informed me of various problems with the car which were not detected by the expert: rust on the bodywork, rear axle of the car in poor and very rusty condition, tires in poor condition, ... I am very disappointed with the work of the expert who seems not to have carried out his work seriously. I strongly advise against using the Click Mechanics inspection service...IN RESPONSE TO CLICK MECHANIC'S ANSWER :You explain that you are not responsible for anything. This return is not acceptable because you still remain the guarantors of the quality of the mechanics who offer their services on your platform!Moreover, I actually left just a few hours after the inspection a fairly positive opinion on the mechanic because I had the impression that his work was of high quality. I only realized his gross error after taking the car to my garage. Hence the 1 month between the inspection and my opinion on Google.I WILL CONCLUDE BY ADDING THAT IN ADDITION TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE MECHANIC, I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLICK MECHANIC FOR ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH CLEARS OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS CLEARLY NOT INTERESTING YOU...

What a gem of service this is and especially a big shout out to Clayton (my mechanic) timely ... great prices... job done at your place of work... talk about a hassle free service... will dfinetely use again.... but like all businesses its the workers that make or break the name and the way my mecahic CLAYTON ... approached job... explained job... then carried job out was outstanding.... weather was terrible.... dark heavily raining evening did not phase him at all when most others would have gladly headed home for the night.... all in all great service ... super happy and over the moon on the drive home tonight.... thanks Clayton

Mechanic arrived on time. Used top brand brake pads/discs. Excellent price. Efficient and friendly. Cleared up driveway of boxes/rubbish. Very impressed at the entire service and use of ClickMechanic website and customer service.

Click Mechanic are very reliable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who has car problems. They don’t overcharge either and they come to your house which is really convenient.

I contacted click mechanic as my main dealer couldn't fit my service in for 3 weeks! Click mechanic booked me in quickly and service was carried out within two days. Safe to say I will not be going back to main dealers again !

Very impressed by our mechanic Chris - good communication to let us know when he'd be arriving; he was friendly and efficient, completing the job in only 35 minutes (changing front brake pads and discs). Our local garage told us we needed both front and rear brakes doing and wanted to charge us £721. Chris's price for both was £380, but he told us we had another 10,000 miles on our rear brakes, so it only cost £190. Could not have been more pleased with both the service and the price!

I cancelled the same day I looked on line didn't even except the garage and got cancellation fee, Do not use these clowns just a rip off service, I had worked done 4 Months ago under warranty still refused to honour the warranty

Used ClickMechanic for timing belt and water pump replacement. Very happy with the service. Great that they could do the work on site without the need to take car to a garage. Made a good saving too on using my normal service garage.
